Our experience was INCREDIBLE! We did not have a reservation and just did a walk-in. They were able to accommodate us right away. The entire experience for beginning to end was relaxing and the greatest spa experience I have had. Highly recommend this place, not overly busy, quiet environment, and an absolutely amazing price. I wish I was staying longer so I can get more treatments done here! Thank you so much to the two stylists that took care of us. I completely recommend to everyone!

What an amazing experience! I took my 6-year-old daughter, expecting she might decide to skip the head spa, but she ended up loving every minute of it. She said it was so relaxing that she happily stayed for the entire treatment. We absolutely loved dressing up in the kimono and enjoying tea beforehand—it made the whole experience feel so special and authentic. The head spa itself relaxing, although it would have been nice to have more massaging while the water was running, either on the shoulders or head. Our hair did feel clean and refreshed afterwards. The only small point I'd mention is that I have thick, curly hair, and the blow-dry wasn't able to straighten it completely. I think they're just not used to working with hair like mine. That said, when I asked if I could finish styling it myself, they were more than happy to accommodate, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd highly recommend.

Wonderful headspa experience. The staff took excellent care of my two daughters and me. They can accommodate up to 4 headspa treatments at once. They even took and printed photos for us at the end. Our scalp and hair feel and smell so nice and clean. It’s on the 5th floor, not the first like how google says.

What a wonderful experience! My mom treated me to their services for my birthday on our recent trip to Tokyo. The spa was serene, clean, and beautiful and the staff were very courteous and meticulous to ensure that we felt relaxed and pampered. We would definitely come here again...highly recommended!

Went for at treatment with my sister and our daughters after a few days of much walking and little sleep. Incredibly cosy and relaxing place! The staff were supernice and good at their jobs. 90 minutes of shampooing, washing, massaging and styling, topped of with tea before we left. One of the best things we did!
