Located at Atenna 21 building, 6 fl. Salon so clean and smell so fresh. The stylist was so friendly and did an amazing job with my hair. I don't speak Japanese but i can use google translate to communicate and they are very helpful. I really happy, for sure i will come back agin to this salon :)

Australian in Japan - I have bright red hair and rather than getting my white hotel towels dyed I got my hair washed, blow dryer and straightened! It was one of the best experiences with a Japanese speaking store. They were so kind and patient and so helpful! Highly recommend to anyone 🥰

Highly recommend! Despite the language barrier, I was able to use translation apps to communicate what I wanted. My wonderful stylist, Arisa, was very accommodating and helped me reach my desired look!

I feel that I was treated unfairly as a tourist. I was told the service would cost 5,500 yen for me, while the same service is priced at 3,500 yen for local customers — a 2,000 yen difference — simply because communication would need to be done over the phone. I genuinely don’t believe this justifies such a price increase, especially when the conversation would likely take less than five minutes. The same service should come with the same price, regardless of whether the customer is a local or a tourist. This kind of pricing feels discriminatory and unwelcoming. At other salons I’ve visited in Japan, there has never been a price difference based on nationality or language. For this reason, I would strongly discourage tourists from visiting this salon, as it appears they charge a separate, significantly higher price for foreigners.

工作人員很親切，雖然語言不通，但都很細心的詢問和回覆。不知是否文化不同，實際體驗與台灣落差滿大的。洗頭手法非常輕，感覺是輕輕摸兩下。剪完頭髮，滿身滿臉都是小細髮，並沒有仔細清理。不知道日本美髮都是這樣還是單店差異？但下次有機會，還是可以再試試其他家，比較一下。
